Fingerjoy Retail Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

This policy applies only to retail purchases made through our official website or authorized sellers. Bulk/wholesale orders and custom/OEM gloves are not eligible for returns.

Return Conditions

  • Defective Products: Return within 30 days of delivery for free replacement (photo proof required).

  • Non-Defective Returns: Unused standard gloves in original packaging may be returned within 14 days (15% restocking fee applies).

  • Final Sale Items: Clearance/discontinued products and custom-sized gloves cannot be returned.

Process

  1. Contact support@fingerjoy.com with order# and reason for return.

  2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping address (China or Cambodia based on order origin).

  3. Returns must include all original tags and packaging.

Refunds

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Exceptions

Returns won't be accepted for:

  1. Gloves showing signs of wear/use

  2. Products purchased through third-party marketplaces (contact seller directly)

  3. Orders exceeding 30 days from delivery date
