Fingerjoy Retail Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility
This policy applies only to retail purchases made through our official website or authorized sellers. Bulk/wholesale orders and custom/OEM gloves are not eligible for returns.
Return Conditions

Defective Products: Return within 30 days of delivery for free replacement (photo proof required).

Non-Defective Returns: Unused standard gloves in original packaging may be returned within 14 days (15% restocking fee applies).

Final Sale Items: Clearance/discontinued products and custom-sized gloves cannot be returned.
Process

Contact support@fingerjoy.com with order# and reason for return.

We'll provide a return authorization and shipping address (China or Cambodia based on order origin).

Returns must include all original tags and packaging.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
Exceptions
Returns won't be accepted for:

Gloves showing signs of wear/use

Products purchased through third-party marketplaces (contact seller directly)
